What do adventure motorcycles, camping, and mental health have in common?
In a world that feels increasingly heavy—with constant news cycles, economic pressure, work demands, and the endless pull of responsibility—it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, disconnected, and mentally exhausted. Many of us carry more than we realize, often without ever slowing down long enough to address it.
Our Mental Health Retreats are designed to create space for that reset. Each day begins with grounding campsite yoga to help clear the mind and reconnect with the body. From there, we head out for a challenging and rewarding day of adventure riding—routes that require focus, presence, and engagement with the terrain. Evenings are spent back at camp, gathered around the fire for open, honest conversations about riding, family, victories, setbacks, loss, grief, and everything in between.
You don’t have to be military, a first responder, or facing extreme hardship to benefit from support and connection. Mental health affects all of us, and sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is step away, ride with intention, and talk openly in a space built on trust and shared experience.
The riding will range from easy to intermediate, with select technical sections and off-the-map routes that demand skill, attention, and a true spirit of adventure. Our paths will take us through the Jemez Mountains, Abiquiú, and select sections of the BDR—scenic, remote, and deeply grounding landscapes that invite both challenge and reflection.
