The Arizona BDR is a rugged ride through remote desert, forests, and high-elevation terrain. We’ll ride north until snow turns us around, adjusting the route to keep the adventure moving.

Most BDRs suit a range of skill levels, with about 60% dirt and the rest choppy pavement and highways. Expect loose sand, rocky climbs, and tight turns.

Starting in Bisbee, and ending when we finish the full route, hit snow, or determine its Time.  Expect mostly adventure camping with the occasional motel if needed.

Our adventure kicks off in Bisbee, AZ and follows a warm and sandy route that leads to cooler temps and rocky routes as it leads north into the breathtakingly beautiful snowy mountains of Northern Arizona.

Depending on weather, we’ll make our way back South once we hit snow and adventure through rugged wildernesses, ghost towns, desert wastelands, and historical sites.

Prepare to camp off of the bike with the occasional motel. Road and weather conditions will vary in difficulty, ensuring tires and gear are appropriate for the journey.
